Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Package and Ship

  Ensure all cookware is cleaned and safely packed. Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
